What should I do if I did not receive my package?

It takes a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 30 minutes you still haven't received your purchase, please contact our support via mushyminercontact@gmail.com!

Can I get a refund?

No, payments are absolutely final and fall under a "no refund policy". In case of technical issues, an exception might be made. Please contact us if you believe this is the case.

Am I allowed to buy something for other players?

Yes, you may purchase gifts for other players, however, please do note that the original cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.

Can I buy something for cracked accounts?

No, we exclusively sell packages to legal Minecraft accounts.

What happens with the money the server makes?

All money is used for the development and enhancement of Mushy Miner.
